Office Hours: 2:00-5pm Daily for Zoom meetings to ask questions, but you can text me anytime and we can set up a phone call/text chat/FaceTime or Zoom meeting.
I am available to help you learn, please keep in touch and don't be shy about asking questions.
Please email me with any questions: [email protected]
You have my cell phone number for texting questions or quicker feedback
******I am putting games, and online practice opportunities under the resource tab, so please utilize these resources for extra math practice********

This Week's Assignments:
Monday, 5/18: Zoom meeting @11 to talk about coordinate rotation Homework: Regular workbook p. 317&318, Lesson 10-9 #'s 1-11 only Read the gray box at the top before you get started. First Find the coordinates for each point Next, apply the "rule" depending on which rotation you are doing (90, 180 or 270) to find the new point (point prime) Finally plot the points to see your figure rotated |
Rules for rotation counter-clockwise
about the origin: 90 degrees (x, y) ---> (-y, x) 180 degrees (x, y) ---> (-x, -y) 270 degrees (x, y) ---> (y, -x) |
